Me

My name is Alisa Festagallo, and I grew up in Florida. I mostly have lived my 32 years of life in Florida except for moving to LA for a year and a couple random places along the way too. Presently, I am located in Austin Texas, and I am hoping to share more about the transition of being in a new place after being in one place mostly my whole life. I often enjoy having conversations centered around what it’s like to leave home or move to a new place away from family and friends. It can be scary but also super exciting and expansive!

I have been through the traditional education system route such as getting my bachelors degree in Journalism at University of West Florida and my Graduate Degree in Couples and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. I am currently in the process of licensure but I have found myself questioning if therapy is really the direction I want to continue in, so this is why I have pursued this space of coaching in a way that is not tied to the healthcare system, or legal system, or any system at all. This creates a space where you are fully responsible for the outcome of our work together. I do not provide medical advice, nor do I diagnose but I am always open to having conversations around these topics. Along side of my professional education, I became a Registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher and then continued to receive my 300 hour Yoga teacher training which brought me to 500 hours of Vinyasa Yoga training. I often bridge mind body spirit techniques and theories into our space because I think these aspects can always provide benefit to anyone. I love to provide books, resources, or other friends or coaches that I think you would love to have on your side.

For the past couples years, I have found myself as a Sound Bowl Certified Guide and Equine Specialized Therapist. I have always loved learning, and gaining experiences and I do not plan to stop anytime soon. All of this experience I carry with me as I guide individuals in exploring the intersection of conscious desire and inner alignment in a way that is unique to YOU.

Through honest conversations, we uncover both the hidden blocks and the innate gifts that we are struggling to see because we are often getting the same advice and examples from the people in our life, and stuck in the same routines.

To Desire and To Want is not impulsive—it can be guided by self-awareness, compassion, and an unwavering respect for the deeper voice within. This work often comes with challenging the status quo and asks us to step beyond societal or family expectations, reclaiming the freedom to live in alignment which is our inherent purpose to LIVE. From that place, when you get clear with what you really want then the next parts are easy to work out.

You don’t need permission to want more, or different. You just need the courage to follow that message, and take action. I created this space to support you in any way I can while you are doing that.

Our work will awaken you to what you really want and what is really standing in your way. Stay Wild. Stay Well.
